You really don’t get the true beauty of a nice European Exhaust Experience on a CVT B650 like on a Clutch Shifting Six Speed Triumph Triple. You’ll end up with more of a Loud Lawn Mower Continual Drone. I’d take the money and buy a good set of helmet speakers.

Don't think there is such an item available as it's a one peice unit. You are into cutting adapting and welding then you may need to remap the ECU not really worth all the bother.

The 2002 up Burgman 650 has a Catalytic Converter inside the muffler. The 2007 up have a Lambda (O2 sensor) in the pipe.

If you cut the muffler part off, any weld shop can reweld a muffler can back on.
1. It will be much louder. There may be a way to tone it down.
2. You will NOT get any more power.

To get more power you'd need to do a few mods together.
1. Ram or Cold air intake.
2. Free flowing exhaust.
3. A re-map of the ECU done on a bike Dyno. A PowerCommander may work.

But with these mods you may gain 2-3 horsepower.

This is what a 2 cylinder sounds like with a CVT.

 

buy a mp3 player with bluetooth or headphones and get some harley noises on it, then turn up the volume to your hearts content without messing up the bikes system and also annoying other people

 

my opinion: a scooter does not need to sound like a knucklehead Harley. The coolest thing is that it´s so silent and when u take off when the traficlights turn green you can see that the other bikers next to you turn the same color in envy...no one expects the speed of a B650😂

 

Scoot aftermarket exhausts produce profit for the maker and seller.... not much else. Oh, yeah, noise too. They can be a less expensive alternative than Suzi OEM when your stock muffler rusts out.

 

And such mod may not pass Euro sound limitations.
