arriving next week

I heard today that my white '07 is on its way and should arrive no later than next Tuesday. My dealer, Commonwealth Motorcycles, in Louisville is getting one '07 in each color and one Exec. I don't know if the other bikes are spoken for, but it might be worth a call.

RED FLAG ALERT! Do not ever believe a salesman that says something like that. Go on to cycletrader.com and comparison shop. Print out the adds with lower prices on Burgmans and show them to the salesman. That should blow a hole in his story.
Most stores can't move Burgmans because they simply don't know how to sell them. That gives the advantage to us to low ball them.Do it.

Unfortunately, with my experience I can't agree with that. One place I called in North Carolina was advertising an 07 Exec with a "Call for Price" on cycletrader.com. Not only did he not have one, but he was not sure he could get one, and wouldn't even give me a price! When I said "but you ARE advertising on cycletrader..." he knew nothing about it saying someone else must've put the ad up.

 

The Suzuki dealer here in Harrison, Arkansas has one grey and one white '07 650 in stock. Neither of these are committed to customers. He will give some discount if anyone is interested. There's no affiliation, I'm just passing along what's available locally.

We're expecting good riding weather with temperatures in the mid sixties next week. Yes, I'll be riding.

 

My friend just picked up his very beautiful red Executive. He had to wait about 2 months......Love the chrome muffler shield. I need to order one for my 03. I see that the dash doors have got a better closier spring clip....Don Fuzzy

 

they said they would keep it on the showroom floor until the weather breaks.

Not my bike, I would protest! If I ordered a bike and put money down on it I would expect it to be parked somewhere else until I picked it up, not where the kids can play on it. I stopped at the local shop Friday and was really surprised to see kids running all over sitting on various bikes, especially the scooters.
