Center Stand bolts to Crankcase PN?

I have searched for the appropriate PN for the upper bolt on the right side of the black mounting bracket the center stand bolts to. See picture. I don't see this part on the STAND page - how could I miss it???

Coming off the center stand, it felt like one of the legs had been bent and I rocked off unevenly.

Please help identify the section of the parts catalog I go to - or even better - the PN of the bolt/washer in the little black box. For reference purpose - this shot taken from the floor, under the exhaust pipe, looking up. The large black descending piece is the right center stand leg.

Thanks in advance.

that bolt holds the sub-bracket for the center stand and the center stand switch on the right hand side...

you will probably have to extract the old one first, well what's left of it in the threaded hole,
which means removing the rest of that bracket assembly.

be careful not to damage that mounting hole as it is part of the engine casing.

It is a very tight fit and the muffler is in the way...

the part# is 01550-08203 #9 on the parts list for the center stand
double check with a dealer to make sure it is the right part#

check this DIY: DIY - Center Stand

it looks identical to the left hand side bolts that hold the other bracket in place

I think I have two spare ones for the left hand side, I can measure them tonight if that helps...
the bolt heads are 12mm.. not sure about the thread size.

If you can't find one, PM me with an address and I will drop one in the mail for you!

This is the first failure of this particular bolt that I have heard of...

Thanks - I did find a 'replacement' in my metric bolt set as a temp fix. This original bolt did not fail as I was able to replace with my temp replacement fastener - the original one appears to have just backed out and fallen out.

Thanks so much for your help - my dealer pretty much said - "don't know" and with having the bike there and not wanting to go out and see, implied - "don't care".

I am glad you provided the PN - because - I have PN #9 on a 'dealer' electronic parts catalog as 9
BRACKET, CENTER STAND RH
42270-10G40

On my 2006 (and I tried a 2007 version) I then have the PN you call out as one of the two #11 bolts.
The 11-2 is definitely wrong, I tried because one was easy to get out, but was too small. As a reference, here is a link to the site I am using. This site is NOT for the dealership at which I stopped in.
http://www.rosevillecyclecenter.com/fic ... fveh=10159

11-1 BOLT, FUNNEL BRACKET
01550-0820A (replaces 01550-08203) 3
11-2 BOLT
01550-0820B

Do you have a reliable site - or a year you use that is more correct than others? Or is there an errata sheet available?

Thanks again -

I did a search before I posted my original message - guess I did not use the right combo. Thanks for the link to the center stand falling off - now I don't feel so special at NOT finding the part in the OEM section!

And I have my blue threadlocker ready to apply.
