Hello All!

Been lurking on the forum for a while picking-up information here and there prior to making the jump.

So here I am, just got my new 650 Exec. from the dealer's on Monday and I've been having soooo much fun since then!

Cheers,
Lucky

Will never forget the look of the tide coming in at 2:00 am on the beach at the Bay of Fundy.

Welcome to the world of Burgies!

Suziblu & EthanolBurgman - thanks!

Been riding bikes for quite a few years now and just recently had problems with a pinched nerve which limits left hand strength. Since I only had limited use of my "clutch hand", I had to find a compromise... But to my surprise the Burgman is much more than a compromise! Plenty of power, comfortable seat and great ergos - it's just as much a "motorcycle" as most other two-wheelers I see on the road.

Look forward to getting more familiar with the Burger and with all the members on the forum. I'll apologize in advance for asking many dumb questions which I'm sure I'll come up with in the coming weeks

Cheers,
Lucky

...you can see some of my fiberglass bodies on Trinity Trike...
I've seen the pictures of your trike - you've got amazing fiberglass skills! Might take you up on the offer some day and head-on down to see it up close. But I've got to warn you first, I've got a really bad habit: I work for DFO.

Cheers,

Lucky, Welcome from a member over the pond.

The dumbest questions are the ones you don't ask. Everyone here were 'newbies' themselves once. (Caveat - some of the answers maybe 'dumb'!)

Cheers,

May have met you or talked to you, I spent 44 years fishing. What do you do at DFO.
I work in Resource Management, but in the Gulf Region (Moncton). Not sure we've met although we probably ride in the same circles :D

Cheers,
Lucky
