I have attached a color wiring diagram for the 2018 Burgman 650. This diagram applies to an AN650ZL8 with a VIN that matches the pattern JS1CP51B#J2100001 to 999999 (# represents 0 to 9 or X). This resolves to "Canada, California State or Taiwan". There appears to no longer be a 49-state version, so this really applies to the entire USA (I don't live in CA!).
If I had a bit more file space to work with, I could upload a higher resolution image. But this is pretty good. I printed mine out on six 8.5 x 11" pages (each in landscape) and taped them together for a 17 x 33" result.
I know LeDude already has a b650 schematic posted since many years. That post and a previous Yamaha service book, with a pull-out color wiring diagram, motivated me to do this.
