Also, after scouring eBay for these items, i noticed that there werent any, (or at least i didnt find any) sellers based in the US territory. They were all in Europe...

For some Malossi parts in the US, check
www.scooterwest.com
You really have to look for the Burgman stuff.

Tnx Sir Duster. Only items on Scooterwest for the Burgy was the Rollers...

Has anyone ever installed either Brands on their Burgy? I notice many went with the Dr Pulley or J Costa Kits but reviews on them were mix.

Polini & Malossi both carry Variator Kits as well as Clutch Bells & Clutch itself..

Nah...ScooterWest has Malossi clutches too....I found the listing for
the 400 Burgman, but I don't know how to link it here...like I said...
ya gotta dig a bit to find it.....or...call'em on the phone.
I'm sure they will be glad to talk to you about buying something.

Yes on Dr. Pulley sliders. A big No on J Costa. Mine had J Costa when I bought it. Lasted just over 13k & when it went south with no warning it took belt & pullies with it. :( Only lucky part is guy that sold it to me (with 500 miles) gave me the OEM variator so I wasn't out that cost.

Can't speak about the J Costa on the smaller scoots,
but on the 400 Burgmans they have been a disaster.
I've got one, laying in the shed collecting dust.
