:D We had a great day riding in the ozark hills of Arkansas today. We meet up with a women's biker groupe, my wife had joined thier club. Today husbands got to ride with them. We had a blast. There were around eighteen ( correction) fifteen bikes and three scooters. My son's reflex, moma on her 400 burgie, & myself on the big dog 650 burg. 8) There was bmw's honda's harley's, and one FJR 1300. That FJR yamha is a sweet looking bike. It looks a lot like my Burgman from the front. One of the harley riders came to have a peak at are scoots. He couldn't belive it when i told him that little 400 would top out around 95mph. And i had never seen top speed on my 650. 8) He said he didn't ride that fast.
We went over to Jasper from Springdale, around two hunderd mile round trip. A lot of pretty country side. OH! Paul Joe, we found a great little diner over there to eat at. We'll have try it out when you come down the next time. Buffet $6.95 all you can eat. And they had lot of different dishes. And some really good fried mushrooms.HUM HUM!!! :D
The weather was great today, around 60 for a high & sunny. You can't beat that for December. It's suppose to cool off the rest of the week. With high's only in the 40's  Oh well tis the season for cold weather rideing.
Well Merry Chistmas to all, and to all a goodnight. 8)

Sounds like a good time for all. A buddy of mine called at mid-morn yesterday and asked if I would like to ride...said I could borrow one of his elect suits till the one I ordered come in. Only went for a 100 miler but found this great neck warmer at the Harley shop..$9....soft fluffy and warm. Had some coffee and cookies there and meandered back. Wx was in low 50"s so it wasn't a good test for the elect suit, but I can tell you I'm gonna like it.

Doug,
My father-in-law and his new bride moved to Hot Springs, AR last year and we went down to see them and attend Scootercade last summer. Wow! what beautiful roads and scenery. You are lucky to have such a beautiful state. 20 degree and cold here in Iowa! Merry Christmas too you too and we will RETURN! to your lovely state.
