HI ALL
Has anyone come up with a ????? [ ok cheap way ] to modify the stock
wind shield to improve the air flow around your helmet or head. If so
could you please tell us what you did other than a replace shield.

Some members have installed longer bolts and "shimed" the brackets, on the 650. I shimmed, using hose washers, without using the longer bolts, gained about 1/2" (moving the bug height up) to just above my eyes. I don't know if anything can be done on the 400.

How long a piece of the micro swirl do you have? I may want to try it out...

It is about 54in long, had it on a xxl clearview with 6 1/2 in cut off it. did not notice any difference with it on or off, your welcome to it,just pay shipping which should be less than $10 cdn. I can get shipping price from post office, wife works there. wayne
