2008 Suzuki Burgman 400 what if while adjusting the valves you turned the crankcase clockwise just a little bit once the valves are done will having turned the crankcase clockwise a little interfere with starting and operation and if so any remedies that you guys can think of

You mean that you turned the crankSHAFT in the "wrong" direction.
The reason that it is recommended to NOT do that is that it can upset the cam-chain tensioner operation.
"Just a little bit" is a little bit vague. Did you feel any resistance. Or hear any unexpected noises?
If not, then probably no damage done.

Did you then turn it in the "correct" direction at all?
If not, then try. - SLOWLY .
If you are in any doubt at all, then check the alignment marks on the crank and cams are still lined up.

A little bit is prob ok. Check alignment of the oily bits.
You can always turn in correct direction a little, then take out the tensioner, reset it, reinstall, start the bike.
