On the throttle body there are or at least I think there are 2 butterfly valves,
one controlled by the rider via the twist grip the other by the computer, it
could be that valve doing it's pre start position check, maybe it's got a little gummed
up or sticky with standing.
Sounds like the fuel pump is not pressurizing. Do you have the shop manual? There should be a simple test to see if it is squirting fuel.
My instinct would be to
disconnect a hose on the pressurized rail before the injector and see if it works.
I don't have the answer but I'll ask a few questions. The more you can tell us the more likely you'll find the problem, or if it even is a problem. Is this your scooter that you put away last fall or one you are looking to buy? What year and how many miles on it? Does it start and run? If so is it running normal?
Tnx Ralph It is butterfly valve .. this is how it looks like I added little bit of lube on corners and now i think is better affter lube Idk if this is caused by bad stva? I dont have time to take all apart ,bike run great no fi error.. for now ill leave it like that.
You could squirt a little WD or some such down the inlet at it,
but if it stops working in the closed position try just removing
it but watch you don't drop the tiny screws down the inlet,
it used to be a mod on the SV to take them out it gave a little
faster pick up.
