Hey guys,

I have a French 2007 400 Burgman with 42 000km with a LEO Vince exhaust

I have serviced it a couple of weeks back at the dealer, and a couple of days after the service, the bike became very noisy...

The noise is not a mechanical noise, just an exhaust noise that became louder, as if I have no more exhaust !!

Weirdly, some times to times, at startup, the noise get back to normal for a couple of seconds, and then get back to Noisy..

Any idea what this can be from?

May be a bad gasket between the exhaust
pipe, & the cylinder head. The only other
joint is the slip-joint between the exhaust
pipe, & the muffler...speaking only for the
Leo Vince exhaust system on a 400.

Cant you re pack or is there a removable baffle in the LEO Vince exhaust
not seen one but seem to remember something like that if it is re pack-able
maybe its blown the packing out.
