Hi Fellow Riders..
I'm looking for someone with a 2013 Burgman 650 that wants to participate in some R&D we are doing for a product.
If you CURRENTLY OWN AND RIDE a 2013 Burg 650, and are interested in possibly getting a free Driver Backrest.. contact me for details.

We only need one person, so JUMP if you're THE ONE. Nothing will be damaged or changed on your bike. We are doing some research on the new model and just need a fellow rider that's interested in helping..
You can email me here..

Thanks guys for the notes. Bill-Bill was the first to jump and we've already produced the first one and he is road testing it. The 2013 seat is the first change to the seat since the 650 came out.. Some interesting observations on our end about the changes. Nothing major, but there's enough difference between the prior years seat, and the 2013, that they are NOT interchangeable. It's a different design, and not compatible with prior years. Thanks to Bill-Bill, we're up and in production for the 2013. We are offering a one time special for the new 2013 owners.. $49 plus shipping for the 2013 model Driver Backrest Kit for the rest of JULY 2013.. This is NOT advertised anywhere but in this note.. and to get the deal, email us direct to order.

from outward appearances, the 2013 backrest kit is identical, but the bolt pattern, and distances are changed. Another interesting thing we're seeing is what appears to be some "hybrid" units that have a seat from an earlier year. It makes no sense, but I've seen at least 1 2013, that did NOT have the 2013 seat. How can you tell? Well, the 2013 butt pad is made of White plastic instead of Black as in all prior years. That's neither good nor bad, just strange, and requires we ask each 650 backrest buyer to check the color of the seat pan.. Odd indeed.
