I have a Utopia Backrest and the Suzuki Seat Backrest for sale. Both are in excellent condition for $100 plus Shipping, I would guess about $25 should do it. Here is the Utopia website that shows installation. The Suzuki Backrest already has the hole cut in it for the Utopia bracket to fit through. You will still need to cut the hole in the factory seat for the Utopia bracket to mount to.
