The Utopia I ordered on the 12th arrived yesterday. First impressions are very positive. The materials are high quality, the finish on the bar is impressive and the vinyl covering is very good looking. The directions are very complete, but I'll have to see how good they are when I actually start the installation. I think taking it one step at a time will make it seem less complicated. The seat comes off Monday and I'll do a follow-up when the install is complete. Right now I feel the piece is good value for the money.

Read the very good directions carefully. I found it unnecessary to remove the seat. The bracket threads are coated with paint and I stripped the threads while inserting the bolts. I suggest you purchase a 1/4 28 tap and clean out the threads.
