I got these pants from those folks just a few weeks ago

They're great pants (frankly the best I've ever owned in 12 years of riding with overpants) but they were just a bit too small. There was no trouble whatsoever in changing them. I paid the cost of shipping the first set back and they sent me the next larger size. GREAT customer service.
