As luck would have it, I picked up a nail in the rear tire on my 03 Burgman 400. Now, no one stocks the tire in Las Vegas and all are saying the same thing, replace it don't repair it and I can well understand that when the curent temp is about 110 F.
But Shop Around!! :evil: So far the quotes have been, same tire mind you, $48 to $123.00 The 48 bucks is from the local MC tire guys, free mounting and the 123 bucks, a Suzuki dealer, free mounting too, good deal huh? :twisted: This is the same dealer that quoted 250 bucks for the 600 mile check.
Anyway, 2-7 business days before the tire arrives. I'll be calling AAA to see if they will take it to the MC tire guys.

AAA doesn't offer towing for motorcycles. However, Bros Club does offer towing and roadside assistance for bikes.

Can't you just plug it first? That way you can still use your bike
until you find a replacement tire.

AAA Plus does cover motorcycles, at least here in Texas and that includes 100 mile tow.

I stand corrected. You might want to check with AAA, but it seems you must sign up for 'AAA Plus RV' membership for the motorcycle coverage.

Hello to all. After several phone calls and then a search of "tires" on this site, I located a Pirelli rear tire at Dennis Kirk. 48 bucks, shipped today, no sales tax and 6 bucks shipping. 8) One of the members mentioned he had purchased one from them.
