Are any of you 650 members running any different tire pressures than the recommended pressures in the owner's manual? What is the max used in the front tire? Thanks.

Suzuki's recommendation is 33 psi for the front tire. Period. No range.

They specify 36 to 41 psi for the rear tire.

These recommendations are in the 650 owners manual and also on placards affixed to the machine (not the warning stickers that we generally peel off).

I run 33 front, 41 rear. Tires are Pirelli GTS Series.

650 Tire Pressures

Personally I run 34/40 front and rear. I set it at 34 just to get a bit of cushion because unlike car tires they do seem to lose a bit of pressure over time. I check the tires weekly and the day before every long ride.

I use 40 because I don't ride two up, which is what the 41 is supposed to be for. However at 270 pounds, I'm almost two up all by myself. :D

A bit lower here... 31 front 38 rear. Mostly rough city streets, with rear shocks set at softest.

If I intend to venture out and get "to speed" out I'll crank the rear shocks up by two and the tire pressures by two psi.

YOUR pressure should be set to 120/70 I think that is what is considered standard.

Your Burgman's tire pressure should be set to what Suzuki recommends.
