Just installed Throttlemeister. Works great, looks great. It is an endcap replacement throttlelock. Pricey at $115 + $25 adaptor kid designed spifically for Burgman (maybe all hollow tube handlebar Suzukis). Bought it locally from BMW dealer, might be cheaper elsewhere. Took only minutes to install once I found out how to remove the existing inner tube rubber locking mechanizm. Had to modify (cut down) the plastic pressure plate tube that was supposed to go between the rubber grip and the plastic throttle tube. Check it out at http://www.throttlemeister.com. I think they only have two models, a short one and a long one. I installed the short one Model FT. Mounting kit for Suzuki is AZ5.
