I'd never even think about trying stunts like that.
Oh my gosh! That was fantastic viewing! I'd love to be the guy he buys tires from though... I wouldn't need any other customers!

Great entertainment. Thanks for the link.
Anyone practicing that with there scooter.

About the only thing we could duplicate with our scooters would be smoking the back tire... but I haven't tried it. 8)

Ha! Better bring along a large box of matches! :p

I wonder how many bikes he thrashed before getting that good.................. All of them!

Thanx,
Russ
Never mind.
As much as I enjoyed the video, you and I am not about to go out there on the street and try to do the same things.

However, young people are very impressionable and my 21 year old decided he could do the same thing. Well, he totally destroyed two Honda CBR 600's in 45 days and suffered a broken leg (got off easy this time). Now his insurance has gone through the roof and he can no longer afford to ride a motorcycle.

The way to learn this stuff is with dirt bike and lots of protective equipment, not a high-powered sport bike on city streets.

I do hope he learned his lesson (but somehow I doubt it)!

I saw a very similar demo this year at the Beaulieu Motorcycle Show - the stunt rider was a French guy called Jean-Pierre Goy.

He was amazing and doing all those stunts and more on bikes ranging from the standard enduros to a dressed Gold Wing!!

If any of you guys are planning to be in Europe next year, the Beaulieu Motor Cycle Show is on Jun 18 and Jean-Pierre Goy will be there again by popular request. I believe there are still a few tickets left!!
