What is this other Primary Drive Bolt on the Burgman 650, and where is it located?
Somewhere on the left side, under a cover...
Is it still a concern, and should it be checked on a regular schedule?
This is Not the Primary Pulley Bolt we've all heard enough about.
Thanks,
Dan

I think you may be referring to the bolt that secures the primary pulley adapter. You access it from the left side of the engine. It is under a cover that is between the clutch and generator covers. The cover is about 1.5 inches around with ears on two sides for bolts. It does not wear like the stopper bolt that it is recommended to check.

Normally you do not need to check it but there have been some reports that it has come loose on a few bikes. If it was properly torqued with the correct thread locker on it that should not happen. That being said, it probably isn't a bad idea to check the bolt on yours after you put the first few thousand miles on it just to be sure it was correctly installed and is not working loose.

I was changing my oil yeasterday and I found that this primary pully adaptor bolt needs to be replaced. I can't find the part numbers for it on any diagrams. What happens if it comes loose??
Very. Bad. Things. Happen.

Coming loose isn't the usual failure mode, though. What usually happens is that the tip of it wears through and shears off.
