The Cost of B400 turnsignal bulbs

Just an FYI and maybe a good reason to keep on on hand...
I just got a B400 last year and in the first week a rear signal bulb blew. You can NOT find these in the store :( . Only from the Dealer and they are about $10 each  . Mine was under warrenty and I had to go back to the dealer and take three hours out of my day to have that thing replaced ( after waiting for the order to come in). I was always paranoid I'd get hit from the rear while making a left turn.

you know, i kinda expect a little disrespect from the harley crowd, but the suzuki dealers don't seem to have any great respect for scooter riders either, maybe they don't show a lot of respect to most of their customers, there is little to no burgman accessories so i guess there is little to no motivation to sastify their customers, the dealers in my area have one to none burgmans in stock,i have gotten more valuable info on this forum than from the dealer i bought my bike

In this part of Canada all the dealers I have talked to are very open to Maxi-Scoots and sing thier praises proudly. They are all knowledgeable about the products and accessories whether they are OEM or aftermarket. This is true for Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha. Granted, some of the dealers I would rather not give my money to, but that has no bearing on product knowledge or support. I guess were lucky up here.
the only thing I've got going for me is a member of my SCRC chapter works at the Suzuki dealer here. Otherwise I'd have to drive about 65 miles to get to a good one.
sorry folks, didn't mean to sound so negative in my eariler post, there are good dealers, like the one that worked for bill

It's fascinating. There's one Suzuki dealer about 10 miles from home. For him, I absolutely agree with your comment. There's another dealer about 15 miles away. That dealer is the complete opposite and everybody I've spoken with in that shop, except one person, is really positive about the Burgmans (Burgmen?). Can you guess which dealer I go to? (The one person in the 2nd dealership said "Honestly, I just don't get this scooter thing." C'est le vie.)

At least he's being honest ! I would go there also.
I never did get the HD "thing" :?
Most all the salespeople in my local dealer love the scooters, no matter what size. At least they know a good deal about them, not just stuff you can find in the brochures.
The dealer I bought mine from was VERY nervous about stocking Burgmans.

He had never ridden them and did not understand them.

By the time he had PDI'd mine, test drove 4miles  and then delivered to me by truck - he said - these are really great machines -I really like them!!
