How many miles should I get from my tires? I am just now at 3,000 miles on the bike. I know there is a service requirement at 4,000 miles. I hope I don't have to buy a new tire at that time, though I am surprised that the tires on the bike at this time haven't dry rotted from old age. These are the original tires that came on the bike back in 2006.
