Yes, but yet again, " In really nice condition." , seems to be a "Grey Area" or "Eye of the beholder" assessment, IAC, I see in motion crash damage, all along the RH side, especially a front fairing with ground off reflector and duck-tape repair 🙄 some drop damage on LH side, both handlebars weights missing, etc. That's about all I can see in the very poor pics 😖, it appears to a 2007-09 , I don't see a tone ring on front wheel, but is not very clear.

Really Nice Condition or Very Good Condition, means vehicle is above average both in appearance and mechanical. Neither the pics or ad info prove that 🤔

Maybe he forgot to add, " In Really Nice Condition... for a scooter that's been in a few demolition derby's. "
