Who's up for a Sunday ride? If the weather improves, as the weather
channel says it will, do you want to try a group ride? We can head
north on A1A to Delray, Palm Beach or Jupiter.
We can meet at 9:30-9:45 and leave PROMPTLY at 10:00am.
RIDING TIMES
Delray is 30 minutes
Palm Beach about 1 hour 15 minutes
Jupiter is 2 hours
The owner of Cruiser Heaven said he will have coffee and doughnuts if
we want to meet at his store. He is in the COVE PLAZA on Hillsboro
Blvd. just west of the Intracostal. I have to let him know by Saturday
if we are coming.
There are two gas stations on the north corners of Hillsboro Blvd. to
top off your gas before we leave. Several more stations just south of
Hillsboro on Federal Hwy./US1.
Give me your thoughts. If it rains we won't go.
Speed limits on A1A range from 35 - 45 MPH. Very short periods of
driving on US1 with the same speeds
If we go to Jupiter there are a few places to eat on or near the water
by the light house. Prices range from about $8.00 to $15.00 for lunch
plus tip. There are also some fast food restaurants in the area.
PLEASE post if you will or will not go.
