Hi,
The bolt is in pretty bad shape and is leaking slightly.
Is there an easy solution using the current bolt? If not what are some options?

same thing happened on my 04 std 650, I had enough threads left so I just used a longer bolt.

If you don't have enogh threads left, you may have to use an adapter like this one:
