I ordered mine from Oneida a couple of weeks ago and am still waiting.

I have a feeling that the service manuals are backordered. I ordered mine from Ron Ayers on April 13th. I'm still waiting for it. I just sent them an email to get a status on the order.

According to Ron Ayers customer service the Burgman 650 service manual is backordered, with a projected release date of 5/15.

I suspect that is the case with Oneida also.
