Couldn't find it in my manual, maybe it is there, but.
I took a long ride on a very warm day a couple of weeks ago. In a small mountain area, climbing from 30 ft to 1400 ft elevation in about 20miles. riding about 170 non stop. When I did stop the fan went on and my temp gage maxed out. I watch my gages very regularly and wasn't maxed out until I stop and parked. I let it set about 1 hour when turned key on again, but I diidn't try to start, bike was completely cool, but gage went to max again although fan did not go on. Switched key off about 30 seconds turn on again and showed a normal range for me staright up. Drove home another 50 miles without any problems. This got me to thinking that I might need to check the levels, but couldn't figure out where I might find them.
I have about 2700 miles over 4 months of driving.
Thanks for info everyone
