So I'm trying to decide whether I should replace my
drive faces on my Burgman 400 with about 45K miles.

I have been very nice to it. Clutch is still great.
Original rollers are not rotten, but I'm replacing them.
(I removed everthing to replace the belt.)

I'm just wondering if the extra $150 for drive faces
and seals and spacer are a waste, just a "feel-good
consumer" thing?

I have until Monday to decide on this--to order
things as I won't put it back together until I
receive new rollers.

Unless the drive faces have grooves on them from the belt - you are just throwing your money away.
