Been having some difficulty finding rain gear (pants mainly) for my sizes, and was wondering if there are any suggestions as to where I should look. I have a 60" waist, which means I'd need something 62 or so if I were going to wear it over my pants.

You might wish to contact Aerostich in Deluth MN. They custom make rider clothing so should be able to make a rainsuit to your exact size.
Will not be cheap, but it's a viable option.
