Dear Friends:
After hearing so many good things about Rotella T6 I am now switching to Shell ROTELLA T6 ,my mileage is less than 4k on 2008 burgi
I just wonder if it is OK! to use the same oil (Retella T6) on Final Drive... and do you do that?

FD oil is same as engine oil. But I use synthetic in FD. One quart lasts a long time.
I use dino oil in engine because I change it more often than recommended.

I had changed my final drive oil every 10k with same oil I changed my engine at 5k. Valvoline synthetic. My 07 was still going strong at 46k when I sold it.. :thumbup:

I use Delo Synthetic in both my engine and final drive. Whatever you use in the engine, is great for the final drive.
