I keep trying to add a profile picture to my UserCP. I am using a picture I have in my SmugMUG pictures, used a Tiny URL. The picture now shows in my section to edit Profile Picture but when I click on the Save button I get a error from the BBS, says upload failed. Does anyone have an idea for me?

You'll need to resize the picture so it conforms to the following:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 14.6 KB (whichever is smaller).

Thanks for the reply. Guess I will have to fire Pixelmator up and do a resize.
