Today the local Suzuki shop collected my Burgman for repair, the cost for collection was (R225.00) which is equivalent to $25.00 US at todays exchange rate the distance to the workshop from my house is 10Km sorry 6.21Miles. Would this be considered expensive in America.
On Monday they will assess the damage and contact me.

To tow (Collect) a bike to a shop in or around louisville I would say $75 would be more in line. My Piaggio was towed under factory replacement cost and was $115 but that was about 10 miles.

Ah so some things are cheaper here, mow petrol, o sorry gas as you people call it.
We pay R11.92 per Liter or for you guys $3.78US per gallon.

When My 400 died, to get it taken the 5 miles home from where it stopped cost me $60. that was in 2010.

So iId say $75 now is a reasonable estimate.

In south florida the shop i work for charges anywhere from $50 to $100 depending on distance
