Found a Burgman at a dealer not too far from here so I went and sat on it. Why I did knowing I am not in a position to get one at this moment I will never know. I guess I like to torture myself.
It was a 400. it was nice and all but I think I will end up getting the 650. I like the dash on the 650.

Picking my lottery numbers today, hope they are a winners. Then I would have to wait for the 650 to get to the dealer. **sigh**

If you win the lottery, just come on out to NJ and pick up a Burgy here or in Manhattan. The ride home will be worth it!

Nancy,

Suzuki is offering some interesting financing right now. You can get any Burgman for a payment of $99 / mo. (see details) Might be worth your time to look at it.

Yeah I tried that but Household was in my bankruptcy and they instantly denied me because of it. Said for my husband to try in Feb/Mar when it's been 2 years. I even tried the other finance companies that Suzuki goes through but alais, I'm still with out. Maybe it's a sign to wait for the 05's.

Nancy,

They had a silver 650 in Tomball when I bought mine in July. I don't know it is still there or not. If you win the lotto you can check it out.
I never even thought about looking at the Tomball dealer. We went there last year when we were looking at the Volusia's and no one would help us. That was the last time I went there.
I'll have to call them when I get ready to purchase. I know Cycle Shack here hardly ever has them.

We check Cycle Shack first, that is where Doug bought his wing. They had a '03 Silverwing and that was all. Salesman said he sold out of Burgman's a long time ago, and wasn't sure when they would get the '05. We called dealers all around Houston looking for one and actually set on the Silver 650 at Tomball, but my heart was set on a black one. I found Black Beauty in Highlands, near Baytown. My husband drove out there and bought her for me. :laughing8: We drove up the next day to pick her up, and the salesman said he had another customer that really wanted the black one, would I consider taking the silver one. :angryfire: NO WAY!!!! I guess I got lucky, if we had waited a day, that one would have been gone too. :tongue3:

Tejas Motorsports. That's where we went looking. They only had a 400. They guy tried to get me financed for one but just didn't work out.

Maybe one day if I see you out and about I'll flag you down so I can actually see a 650.

Biker's Park this weekend is a Dice Run that SCRC is putting on.
I'll be there. **hint hint*** LOL
