Hello everyone,
Just an update because I hate those post that don’t have any. I’ve got the back off the scooter and I believe I’ve eliminated the possibility of an electrical issue. I’m going to start investigating the fuel system next .

Well it seems I have fixed it ! I checked the fuel pump and it was pumping gas into my container.
I worked on spark plug wire some more. Now it’s starting. Don’t have definite answer as to why. Lol
My money is on plug wire . It’s running and starting.

Update !!!
The problem resurfaced, would not start .
I checked everything could not find the problem.
decided to go back to my first suspicion, the starter.
it just sounded slow ! Ordered a new OEM starter
130.00 put it on and whoa! Fixed
When people say the starter can’t just not have enough power to do the job , it can . It doesn’t have to be dead to be bad.

So now, just for interest, check out your old starter's brushes?
And clean out the armature segments?
