It's hard enough without the Police trying to get ya too !
This police officer should be so ashamed, on the phone or not - being observant is supposed to be a key police attribute, and she clearly in multiple ways was not doing her job !

I am unsure if we have members in Dorset - but clearly all car drivers are not paying attention - i sort of assumed a police officer would be looking
