Need I say more.
Yes.

I don't understand what you're trying to convey.

You own two motorcycles?
Your boss one ones, you own the other? If so, who owns which?
You think a Burgman beats a Goldwing??
You parked in front of his door?
You parked on his front porch?

I don't get it.

My signature tells you that mine is the AN 400, his is the Goldwing. Just a bit of a step up from the Burgman don't you think?

I'd rather have the 400 than a goldwing, too heavy and expensive for my tastes!

I'll guarantee yours is more fun and manageable in town and, very adequate on the road. Obviously, on the straight and level at speed, his has you beat but, the Burg is the better all-round bike. He does seem to have some appreciation for your color choice!

But the Goldwing has reverse! By the time he found reverse and backed it up , I had ridden around the parking lot twice

I have both a Burgman 650 and a Goldwing 1500. Both are great bikes. I've ridden the Burgman on long trips (1500+ miles) as well as the Goldwing. Both can do it, but I get beaten up pretty badly with the small tires of the Burgman. I feel EVERY little bump in the road. The Goldwing is the luxury cruiser, and the Burgman is the awesome commuter. They can switch roles (commuter vs. cruiser), but I must admit that the Goldwing is a better commuter than the Burgman is a cruiser.
