Thank goodness there is none of that crap going on in the Yahoo groups on this Forum. I think its just to easy for those stir-the-pot posters to find people who will react there. I'm monotoring three diferent Burgman groups..and this one is by far the best... Kudo's to the Green Goose.
If only all those Burgman folks posting in the Yahoo groups would come on over.. and we'd have just one big happy family. Lately Yahoo thinks it in our best interest that we view a lot of Harley ads. In fact they are all Harley ads ! I'm realy getting tired of it. As if I'm into Harley ads. NOT
This board works! and once we get a place for up loading & sharing files & photos... It's perfect. then I'll sign off of Yahoo.

I totally agree with you. I logged into the yahoo site the other day and noticed the current crap you are talking about. I don't feel any more need to return. This is the Burgman site for knowledgable information and everyone seems to respect everyone. If I can't get my answers here then there not worth getting.

I couldn't agree more with both of your postings.
It is strange how many forums regardless how well intended they start up ultimately gather a collection of wise guys who know everything about nothing with the urge to ventilate these talents at every given opportunity.

I log into several Europan bike and scooter forums with exactly the same problem. Some Administrators seem to keep the wise cracks confined to one part of the forum (General Discussion) and the serious discussions take place under other headings like Tires, Accessories, Tech, Navigation, Trips, Help etc.
So if you want to avoid the BS specialists then you open one of the other areas of interest.
