Open your pics in Paint, choose the Image tab, then Resize/Skew, and reduce the pic size by cutting the horizontal and vertical percent. Keep them equal. cut them down until the Attributes tab shows each dimension to be in the 200 to 400 pixel size. I save mine in a picture folder I've named, "BUSA Sized Pics". Those are the ones you'll want to attach. :cheers:
