All that information should be on the VIN plate
mounted just below the glovebox, above the
door to the gas cap.
If that plate is missing....there's a problem... :?

Hopefully the dealer just gave you an old manual,
rather than selling you an '06 & then listing the
title as an '09.....that creates an altogether
different problem.

You might want to clarify this before picking it up. If he charged you for a 2009, but it is a 2006, the bikes are totally different. The only thing the same is the name, general shape and how fun they are to ride. It might get some $$$ refunded back to you for falsely representing the merchandise.

The easiest way to tell if you have a 2006 or 2009, is to look at the front wheel. If it has two disks for the front brakes, you have a 2009. If it has only one, you have a 2006 or earlier model.
