I have had my burgie400 over a year now and have had to change one headlamp(bright)so far, but had technician do it at same time as oil change. Now only 2 months later other side is out and would like to do my self(I already have the bulbs - just don't want to ride 30 miles roundtrip downtown and be charged for it). How do you remove the acrylic covering without damaging it - is a certain tool needed? Any help appreciated since the manual only mentions the type of bulb needed for replacement but not how to do it. :roll:

Thanks for your help BillMeek - I am now good to go and as a matter of fact need to jump on the burgie and run to the grocery for some dinner stuff.
