My aged memory needs some help please.

On my 2008 and 2010 Burgmans I changed the "Rollers" for Dr.Pulley sliders with great effect achieving better acceleration and lower rev's @ cruising speed. A friend at work is just about to buy a new 400 and wants to know what value DPS. to fit. I am fairly confident that it was 18g sliders that were fitted but not 100% sure an I would hate to mislead him. Could anyone with these fitted please confirm that my recollections are accurate.

I have 19 g. but would buy 20g. if I did it again. I don't climb mountains and am a cheapskate so would like to see 70 mpg on the dash display more often! :)
