I'm using this 2nite - first shot. Seems pretty innocuous.

Is it?

What the supposed advantages?

Just curious.

I use Firefox 95% of the time. It's more secure and doesn't let people track you like IE does. I like the tabbed browsing too.

Firefox is more stable, uses a lot less computer overhead/resources, is pretty much ignored by the malware freaks, is free and it's cool!
Go for it Pete! 8)

I've been using Firefox for a couple of years, after reading about it on the Washington Post tech news. I have to use IE at work because the IT guy is concerned with some compatibility issues, so I can appreciate the Firefox's simplicity and capability every day.

Firefox for about 6 months. Have found just one quirk - every now and again, it won't action a download request, I then flop over to IE, and the download is fine. Other than that its tremendous, the tab option works well for me.

Firefox, Pete. If you try to get to something that does not come up just bring up IE for that one thing. What are you using for virus protection?
