6 in the past 3 days have died in crashes. All but 1 was after midnight and sports bikes. Atlanta Motor Speedway is hosting a huge rally of about 40,000-50,000 bikers and it has been crazy to see all the wrecks happening on the news. 4 went down last night racing around I-285 and 1 of those didn't make it. My feeling is the rowdy nature of the event and the late night hip-hop/dance concerts are contributing to the late night riding and crashes.

If you in Atlanta this weekend Watch Out for Crazy Bikers/Squids!

Very sad to hear about any biker loosing their life, I have seen too many while following roadracing here in Ireland and the IOM, both racers and fans, I have lost count of the number of times I have seen European visitors riding on the wrong side of the road at speed during Mad Sunday at the IOM TT, the UGP and NW200.

As Forrest Gump once said......"STUPID IS, AS STUPID DOES!"

It is the process of "natural selection" at work..................
