I suspect it's as difficult to get the 650 filled to the exact same point each time as is it on the 400. I've started visually inspecting the gas level and am getting it closer now but still trust my average MPG rather than a single tankful. The kind of riding you did was also porbably the 'sweet spot' where MPG is concerned.

Sounds good to me. When commuting to work, I have to fill up the Burgman 400 daily!

Or is too cheap to pay over 3 times the rent. It's much cheaper to drive....especially riding the 400.
