tried to order a 2013 service manual from Suzuki, they have one for the 400 but not the 650 , wazzup ?

This Is probably because the 400 is not new in 2013 and former service manuals apply equally to it. Whereas there are changes of significance in the 2013 650 and either they are behind the drag curve in the technical writing department and/or they plan to release the document and the bike with coterminosity. :lol:
