im just curious if anyone else on the 650 has noticed when u take off from a dead stop in normal mode if u ease on the throttle and dont open it a lot it seems that the cvt slowly upshifts at a really low rpm to the point that the bike actually vibrates like the engine is being bogged down. kinda like taking off in 2nd gear on a manual trans car. this is how my 650 has always been if i roll on more it picks up rpm as it should. i know it is completely controlled by all the sensors but just seems when there is only a small load on the engine the transmission is told to upshift at an almost too low of an rpm.....has anyone else noticed this?

I haven't experienced this and I drive in heavy traffic where I'm doing exactly as you describe. Just rolling onto the throttle easily.
