Well I bought a Kisan signal Minder for the 650 Bergman....with some reservations .. having mechanic level 101 course hehe I installed the automatic cancellation into the fuse box with the single splice . Yea no problem ..so I attempted to install the running light option .. located the light green and black leads for left and right turn signal by opening up switch assembly unit and in talking to Kisan they said use the foam plugs and cut them down .. ok so far sooo ggooodddd oh no while in the the switch assembly working to find the cavities for the foam plugs a piece of metal strip came flying out about an inch long with a slight bend on one end and a bow in the middle .. now my turn switch button is loose and i have no idea whatsoever where the piece goes and where it fits ..I just know it goes close to the slider to hold it from being loose but danged if i know how or where to put it ....

Been to the dealer and he tried to help but the part is not sold seperately and .. he has no idea. its not on Le Dudes schematic that i could find i just know it must slide in or fit close to the slider to hold it from flopping . Yes the signals still work but like i said a very loose switch slider

Any Help
I dont know how to upload a pic or i would but could send a pic via message or email

P.S.
On above the foam plugs slide down through the cavity on one side so I called Kisan and they said to use more foam .. Not sure what the foam is for . Is it supposed to stick out of the cavity and prevent the slider from staying left or right , in otherwords acts as a stop mmmm

It would help us to help you if you posted a picture of the opened switch plus the part in question. :D
