The biggest one I know of is the 46 liter 929 Bestem box. I have the 2012 42 liter and am very happy with it. Good quality and inexpensive. Bestem makes a Suzuki Burgman mount for it also. You can get the pair for under $200 delivered, an excellent value in comparison to Others.

If you are looking for soft seat bags there are a lot of really large ones available.

If you do choose soft seat bags (which hold the load lower and are therefore less likely to unbalance the bike) the Ortleib Dry Bags are about the best you can get. They don't require any special mounting hardware either.

I bought the Beste, 929 at Amazon for $85 and the very nice liner was $24. It is the best value I could find. I put it on a 400 I had that was totaled. My 650 has a GIVI that was on it when I got it. If you want to spend the money, go with the Givi 52L, can't beat it for quality and capacity. You are looking at a $400 investment

If you want a more affordable option, check out the Mutazu D100, which is basically a bigger version of the famed Bestem 2012. It comes in a few different colors. Well worth the $120.00

Another good option is the Bestem 929. A great value at $80.00

I made some research last summer and I bought a Kappa K53. 53 liters for $269can. The biggest I saw was the Givi E55 for $359can.


A collegue have a E55 on his bike and we compare both cases.The Kappa is an economic alternative for the same excellent quality.
