From what I recall looking at the Give brand ones it looks the same, same mold, same, and same keys/hardware. I'm happy, my first set of hard bags.TheReaper said:

I think a set of these 21's would look great on my Tmax , I would have to have rack fabricated for it 
. Color wise it looks like a good match for the dull black Shad 45 . Hey ! Since no one else has offered one , maybe I'll start a new business I'll call it Kiwi Reaper :lol: ? NAH ! How about "Reaper-Stuff" ? I like it , CATCHY ?

Looks like I'm too late. Tried to order the bags today with the coupon and it no longer would take the coupon.

I personally don't like doing business with companies that don't have a phone #.
Shop around online, you can often get the Giving E-21's for the same price.
I ordered a set of the sidecases From Tour and Ride and the Kiwi Dave brackets this past Monday, and they both were delivered today. That is some fast service feom New Zealand. Bad thing was I wasn't home to sign for the brackets and will have to pick them up at the PO in the morning. The sidecases look really good. I'm looking forward to seeing how they look on my 650 exec.

The coupon would have been another 10% off . The coupon code (coupon fd2013) was for a special father's day sale for year 2013 . They also had the same sale for mother's day , the code was (coupon md2013) . The mount fits perfectly, and the hardest part of installing them is getting the reflectors off. Suzuki must have hired sumo wrestlers to tighten the screws. Also there is not a lot of room to work to install the 2 bolts for the mounts. I reinstalled the reflectors that were removed on the back of the side cases. I think I'm liking them and will use them instead of the top case unless I'm needing the space. I'm going to try and post photos.
