Mine worked very hard when I got my 2004 scooter 3 years ago. Try pushing rapidly in and release, do this for a minute, Exercising the switch often cleans it up. switches are working, sometimes had to hold in for several seconds previously. . Worth a try. Doug

Can you tell us exactly what buttons you are pushing and the procedure you are using for each function you are trying to do.

I went out and confirmed on setting clock.
Push and hold both buttons down till clock flashes
according to the VStrommers you might push the left button a nano second first. I always use Temp and use my phone for time due to time zone changes.

On Trip Meter use select button to choose Trip A or B with mileage showing and hit reset not the mpg reading.
